Payment & Refund Policy


  1. All program fees are due 30 days prior to the first day of class.
  2. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund, minus application & placement fees.
  3. There are no refunds on programs less than 12 weeks.
  4. Refunds on programs longer than 12 weeks:
  • will be granted for only the portion of tuition greater than 12 weeks.
  • are subject to a $200 administration fee.
  • Students must make the cancellation request (in writing to SACLI) 30 days prior to the end of their last four-week session.
  • Students will only be paid the refund upon presentation of a return ticket which shows the student will return to their home country immediately, or, a letter of acceptance for a program beginning immediately at another school
  • Students will receive the refund 14 days prior to the departure from the Study Abroad Canada program. If you booked your program through an education travel agent, the refund will only be made through this agent.
