I realize that the applicable fees must be received no later than 30 days before the program start date or my seat may be canceled. There are no refunds on programs which are less than twelve weeks in duration unless the student has been refused a Visa by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the original written refusal as well as the original Letter of Acceptance are forwarded to Study Abroad Canada with a request for refund. Students who cancel a program that is longer than twelve weeks will be refunded only the unused portion of tuition and homestay that is beyond the twelve week mark, provided that 30 days written notice has been given.
