Refund Policy
Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully.
Payment Due Date
All program fees are due 30 days prior to the first day of class.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Application / Registration fees
- Placement fees
- TESL Textbook fees ($450)

Standard Cancellation

Programs Less Than 12 Weeks
There are no refunds on programs less than 12 weeks once they have commenced.
Programs Longer Than 12 Weeks
- Refunds will be granted for only the portion of tuition greater than 12 weeks.
- Subject to a $200 administration fee.
- Cancellation request must be made in writing to SACC.
- Request must be submitted 30 days prior to the end of the last four-week session.
Refund Requirements & Timeline
Students will only be paid the refund upon presentation of:
- A return ticket showing the student will return to their home country immediately, OR
- A letter of acceptance for a program beginning immediately at another school.
Refund Timeline: Students will receive the refund 14 days prior to departure.
Agent Bookings: If you booked through an agent, the refund will only be made through this agent.
