Refund Policy

Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

General Payment Term:Program fees must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

  • TESL Textbook fees ($450)
Visa Refusal

Visa refusal will result in 100% refund on tuition fees when a formal refusal letter is provided.

* All refunds are subject to a $250 administration fee.

Resident Care Worker (RCW) Refund Policy

DDomestic Students

Payment 1: $5,500 due 15 days prior to start.

Payment 2: $4,175 due on first day of 12th week.

Registration fee is non-refundable.

Withdrawal Terms

Should a student withdraw or be expelled with just cause prior to completing two-thirds of the program, SACC will retain a portion of the fees in proportion to classes held plus 10% of total tuition and other fees.

After two-thirds completion: No refund provided.

IInternational Students

Payment 1: $7,750 due 15 days prior to arrival.

Payment 2: $5,475 due on first day of 12th week.

Registration and homestay placement fees are non-refundable, as is the first 4 weeks of homestay.

Withdrawal & Visa Terms

Visa Refusal: 100% tuition refund with formal refusal letter.

General Requirements & Timeline

All notices of withdrawal must be made in writing.

Refunds are issued upon presentation of:

  1. A return ticket showing the student will return to their home country immediately, OR
  2. A letter of acceptance for a program beginning immediately at another school.

Refund Timeline

Processed 14 days prior to departure from the program.

Agent Bookings

Refunds for agent bookings will only be made through the agent.
